苎麻近缘植物氨基酸组成及其营养评价

摘要

In order to investigate the nutrients and utilize the forage value better , the contents of crude protein , amino acid and crude fiber of ramie -closed species were studied , the results showed that the amino acids of Boehmeria nivea var.tenacissima ( Gaudich) Miq, B.tricuspis ( Hance) Makino, B.formosana Hayata and B.longispica Steud were very rich , and the contents of TAA and EAA were higher than the control , among which B.nivea var.tenacissima ( Gaudich ) Miq had the highest content.EAA /TAA of the seven kinds of ramie -closed species ( varieties ) was above 40% and EAA/NEAA was above 69%.The protein contents of B.nivea var.tenacissima ( Gaudich ) Miq and B.formosana Hayata were above 20%and the fiber contents were below 18%.All the nutrients in these two ramie -closed species could meet the requirement of the protein feeds , so they could be exploited as an excellent material for animal protein feeds.%为探明苎麻近缘植物营养成分和更好开发利用其饲用价值,对苎麻近缘植物的粗蛋白、氨基酸及粗纤维含量进行了比较研究,结果表明:青叶苎麻、悬铃叶苎麻、海岛苎麻和大叶苎麻氨基酸含量较为丰富, TAA和EAA含量均优于对照苎麻,以青叶苎麻优势表现较为明显,增幅显著。苎麻7种近缘种(变种)的EAA /TAA均超过了40%, EAA /NEAA均在69%以上。青叶苎麻、海岛苎麻粗蛋白含量均高于20%,纤维含量低于18%,符合植物蛋白质饲料要求,鉴于此,可作为动物优异蛋白饲料开发利用。
