历史滨水工业区的保护更新策略研究-以上海市杨浦滨江（南段）控制性详细规划修编为例

Waterfront industrial district is the epitome of city, the protection and update of this district wil help to adapt to the urban development, and help to continue the historical line. The paper takes south Yangpu district of Shanghai as an example, by analyzing its regulatory plan, explores the protection and update strategies of urban waterfront industrial district.%历史滨水工业区是城市的缩影，对其进行保护更新，使其适应当前城市建设发展的步伐，并延续其发展的历史脉络，有着特殊的意义。文章以上海市杨浦滨江(南段)控制性详细规划修编为例，探寻在尊重城市原有历史文脉的前提下城市滨水工业区的开发策略。
