大数据视野下的重庆主城区职住关系剖析

摘要

大数据研究已成为当下的热门话题,但目前大数据研究方法下的城市规划研究仍处于起步阶段,在重构城市研究的范式方面还处于探索时期,在规划实践方面也很缺乏.研究以重庆主城区为例,借助百度热力图这一互联网工具,探讨重庆都市区的职住关系.结果表明,重庆市一直秉承的"多中心组团式"发展理念是富有成效的,能很好地缓解长距离的通勤交通.虽然大数据具有量大、更新快和价值丰富等优势,将其用于城市研究可以很好地从宏观层面回答"是什么"的问题,但要回答"为什么"的问题,仍需要结合传统方法以及实际问题的价值判断开展研究.%Urban planning with big data is at primary stage lacking practice and paradigm study as we enter big data era. The paper makes a study on job-residence relation in Chongqing with Baidu thermodynamic diagram. The result reveals that multi-centric spatial structure of the city eases long distance commuting pressure. Although big data relfects the state of being, it needs other traditional methods in explanation of the phenomenon.
