创业网络对创业能力的影响研究——学习模式的中介作用

摘要

创业能力提升已成为创业实践亟待解决的问题。创业者的创业行为嵌入在创业网络中,创业网络成为创业者获取信息、资源以及进行学习的重要途径。围绕创业者如何利用创业网络提升创业能力的问题,通过对国内外相关文献研究,最终得出创业网络对创业能力具有正向影响,学习模式在创业网络和创业能力之间起中介作用。%Entrepreneurial competence promotion has become impending problems to the entrepreneurship practice.The behavior of entrepreneurs embedded in the network,which become the most important way that entrepreneurs to get information,resources and to learn.Focused on how the entrepreneur use the network to improve entrepreneurial competence,through the related literature research at home and abroad,eventually got results that business network has the positive influence on entrepreneurial competence,and learning mode play the intermediary role between the business network and entrepreneurial competence.
