我国公共政策制定过程中公民参与存在的问题及路径探析

摘要

At present, there are some issues in our country such as government information disclosure sys-tem is imperfect, the level of citizen participating institutionalization is low, participation mechanism is not per-fect. In order to solve these issues our government should transform its viewpoint , improve the system and mech-anism of citizen participation and provide more channels of political participation in politics to citizens and so on.%目前我国却存在着政府信息公开制度不完善、公民参与制度化水平低、参与机制不健全等问题。为了解决这些问题，政府应当采取转变执政理念、健全和完善公民参与的制度和机制、为公民参政问政提供更多的渠道等措施。
