氧化铟/氧化铜纳米纤维异质结的制备及其气敏特性研究

摘要

It mixing and stirring different amounts of the zinc nitrate,copper nitrate and polymer material,so as to obtain precursor solution,and then through the electrospinning and high temperature calcinations,obtain one dimensional In2 O3/CuO composite nanofibers, making in to gas sensor. The gas sensing property of the materials is tested and analyzed.%采用硝酸铟、硝酸铜和高分子材料作为静电纺丝的前驱体溶液,经过静电纺丝及高温煅烧,获得一维氧化铟/氧化铜复合纳米纤维,制成气体传感器,并对其气敏性进行测试及分析.
