Objective To establish a method for determining danshensu and protocatechuic aldehyde in Chuanshentong injection by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic column was discovery C18( 250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0. 4% acetic acid in gradient elution at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1 . The detection wavelength was at 281 nm , the column temperature was 351 and the injection volume was 5 μl. Results Danshensu showed a good linear relationship within the range of 69. 1-1382. 0 μg·ml-1 ( r = 0. 9999) and the average recovery was 99. 36% (RSD = 0. 56% ). Protocatechuic aldehyde showed a good linear relationship within the range of5.3-105.6 μg·ml-1( r =0.9998) and the average recovery was 98. 13%(RSD = 1.48% ). Conclusion This method is reliable, simple and user-friendly.%目的 建立HPLC法同时测定川参通注射液中丹参素和原儿茶醛含量的方法.方法 色谱柱:Discovery C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温为35℃；流动相为乙腈和0.4％冰醋酸水溶液,梯度洗脱；流速:1.0ml·min-1;检测波长:281 nm,进样量为5μl.结果 丹参素在69.1 ～ 1382.0 μg·ml-1(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.36％(RSD =0.56％)；原儿茶醛在5.3 ～105.6 μg·ml-1(r=0.9998)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.13％(RSD=1.48％).结论 本方法结果准确可靠,重复性好,操作简便.
