高素质药学应用型人才培养的探索

摘要

In order to meet the demand of the development of higher education,the cultivation of applied medical talents have been paid attention by many medical universities and colleges.This paper starts the discussion from the formulation of the training plan,the reform of teaching modes,professional attainment of students and the construction of teaching faculty to explore the ways of applied talents cultivation, whichaims at gaining effective ways and training modes of high quality application-oriented talents.%为了适应高等教育改革发展的需要，医药应用型人才的培养越来越受到医药院校的重视。从应用型人才培养方案的制定、教学模式的改革、学术专业素养的培养以及师资队伍建设几个方面探讨了应用型人才培养的思路，探索进一步培养高素质应用型药学人才有效路径和模式。
