中华传统文化视角下医学生社会主义核心价值观的培育路径

             

摘要

我国医学教育中"技术至上"观念严重,缺乏整体的临床观念和医患沟通技巧,是社会医疗纠纷频发的重要因素.在医学理论和实践教育中结合中华医学传统文化中的优秀思想和价值观,通过加强医学生思想政治教育、改进课程设置、加强社会实践和提倡家训家风的养成等途径,加强医学生的人文教育和价值观教育,培育医学生社会主义核心价值观,对于构建和谐的医患关系,培养医德高尚、医术精湛的医务工作人员具有重要意义.%The prevalence of "technical supremacy" in China's medical education,and the lack of the holistic view in clinical practice and doctor-patient communication skills,are the reasons for the increasing medical disputes in society.Integrating excellent ideas and values of traditional Chinese culture into current medical education and practical training through ideological and political education innovation,curriculum improvement,social practice and instantiation of family rules and family tradition can promote humanistic education and values education for medical students,fostering core socialist values in them.This practice has special significance in constructing harmonious doctor-patient relationship and cultivating highly skilled medical staff with medical ethics.
