1例男性肺隐球菌病采用两性霉素B脂质体、氟胞嘧啶、伏立康唑三联抗菌治疗后先后出现早搏和肌酐升高等不适。药师建议调整滴速，停用两性霉素B和氟胞嘧啶剂量减半等取得积极效果。此外建议伏立康唑、氟胞嘧啶分别在餐前和餐后服用，以避免高脂饮食对其吸收的影响，减少恶心呕吐发生，患者依从性好。%A male patient with pulmonary cryptococcosis administrated a triple antibiotic therapy of amphotericin B lipid plastids, flucytosine and voriconazole appeared discomfort of premature beats and creatinine rises. Pharmacists' attempts to adjust the dripping speed, discontinue amphotericin B and halve the flucytosine dose achieved positive results. The suggestions of taking voriconazole preprandially to reduce high fat diet effect on its absorption and taking flucytosine postprandially in order to ovoid nausea and vomiting also attributed to good compliance.
