延迟焦化-溶剂精制及其组合工艺研究

             

摘要

焦化蜡油因杂质含量高,尤其氮含量高,给催化裂化(或加氢裂化)装置的加工带来一定难度,为此,提出了以溶剂精制工艺为核心的组合工艺,从而为催化裂化或加氢裂化装置优化了原料。抽余油保留了焦化蜡油中绝大部分饱和烃,氮含量由原来的0.5%以上降低到0.21%以下,质量优于相应的减压粗柴油;抽出油富含重芳烃,和一定比例催化裂化澄清油混合可作为生产针状焦的原料。0.25 Mt/a焦化蜡油溶剂抽余油作为催化裂化(或加氢裂化)的掺兑料,年增效益3×107 RMB¥以上。%Coker gas oil (CGO) isn't a good feed for catalytic cracking or hydrocracking. An integrated process of delayed coking plus solvent extraction was introduced for pretreating CGO with high content of impurities(especially nitrogen).The nitrogen content were significantly reduced from more than 0.5% to less than 0.21% and most of saturates in CGO were remained in raffinate.The extract oil containing rich heavy aromatics can be mixed with FCC slurry as the feedstock for production of needle coke.The raffinate can be used as the blending component of the feedstock for FCCU.
