油田建设企业海外项目EPC总包模式的探索与实践

摘要

从EPC总包模式剖析入手，在总结运行状况、梳理运行问题的基础上，结合江苏油建公司海外项目管理实践，探索和研究海外EPC总包模式完善和改进的路径与措施，为建立海外项目科学规范的设计管理、安全有效的采办管理、全面系统的施工管理相结合的EPC总包模式，实现经济效益最大化，为海外项目管理规范化、科学化提供参考与借鉴。%Starting with the analysis of EPC mode, based on concluding running state and sorting out running problems, combining with the overseas project management pracitce of Sinopec Petroleum Engineering & Construciton Jiangsu Corporaiton, the aritcle explores and researches the approaches and measures for overseas EPC mode opitmizaiton and improvement, providing reference and lessons in order to set up overseas project EPC mode with scientific and normalized engineering management, safe and effective procurement management as well as comprehensive and systemaitc construciton management combining together, so as to realize maximum economic beneift as well as normalized and scienitifc overseas project management.
