淤浆法高密度聚乙烯装置异丁烷的降耗分析与对策

     

摘要

针对300 kt/a高密度聚乙烯装置上异丁烷消耗一直较高的状况,通过对装置溶剂回收系统的分析,探讨了影响异丁烷消耗的因素。运行结果表明,降低异丁烷消耗的方法主要有:降低冷冻压缩机入口压力至120 kPa、提高低压溶剂回收系统压力、降低低压脱气仓使用的氮气量、提高溶剂回流罐的压力、优化调整脱重塔控制模式及参数。通过操作优化和技术攻关,该装置的异丁烷消耗已由最初的334.6 kg/h降至230~240 kg/h,低于设计值(277 kg/h)。%Aimed at high isobutane consumption in a 300 kt/a slurry high density polyethylene unit,the influence factors were investigated by the analysis of the solvent recovery system. The results showed that the methods were effective in reducing the isobutane consumption:reducing the entrance pressure of refrigeration compressors to 120 kPa,increasing the low pressure solvent recovery system pressure to decrease the nitrogen use level of low pressure degassing warehouse,increasing the solvent reflux tank pressure,and optimizing and adjusting the de-heavies column control modes and parameters. Through the optimization, the isobutane consumption was reduced from 334.6 kg/h to 230-240 kg/h,which was lower than the design value(277 kg/h).
