在某公司140万t/a重油催化裂化装置上进行了LIP-200 B型多产丙烯催化剂的应用试验.结果表明,在原料油性质基本不变或略差的情况下,LIP-200 B催化剂使用后,稳定汽油产品中烯烃的体积分数下降1.8个百分点,研究法辛烷值上升1.1个单位;总液收提高4.90个百分点,液化气产率提高4.09个百分点,丙烯产率提高2.27个百分点.%The application of catalyst LIP- 200B for maximizing propylene yield was conducted in a 1.4 Mt/a fluidized - bed catalytic cracking unit. The results showed that when the quality of feedstock was the same or a little bad, after using catalyst LIP-200B,the olefin volume fraction in stabilized gasoline decreased by 1.8 percent points, research octane number increased by 1.1 units,the yield of total liquid and liquefied petroleum gas raised 4.90 and 4.09 percent point respectively,and the propylene yield improved 2.27 percent points.
