连续重整装置加工催化裂化汽油的工业试验

     

摘要

The industrial test of processing catalytic cracking( FCC) gasoline in a 600 kt/a continuous reforming unit of Yanshan Petrochemical Company, SINOPEC was introduced. The results showed that after deep - hydrogenation ( olefin saturation, desul-furiztion and denitrification ) , the performances of the suitable fraction ( raw gasoline) distillated from FCC gasoline could meet the requirement of reforming feedstock. When the blending ratio of the raw gasoline were 20% - 50% , compared with processing naphtha, the reforming temperature of WAIT and WABT both increased, the total temperature drop decreased by 18. 56-43. 20 °C ,the yield of hydrogen decreased by 0.16%-0. 28% , and the higher the blending ratio was, the bigger decreasing degree was. The yield of depentanized oil decreased by about 1 percent point, and the performance of depentanized oil and hydrogen had no change basically.%介绍了中国石化北京燕山分公司60万t/a连续重整装置加工催化裂化(FCC)汽油的工业试验情况.结果表明,FCC汽油蒸馏后所得适宜馏分经深度加氢脱硫、脱氮并使烯烃饱和后,其性质符合重整工艺的要求.当加氢粗汽油的掺炼比在20%~50%时,与加工正常铂料相比,重整反应WAIT和WABT温度均有所提高;总温降降低18.56 ~43.20℃,氢气收率降低0.16% ~0.28%,且掺炼比例越高,二者的降低幅度越大;脱戊烷油收率约降低1个百分点;产品脱戊烷油及氢气的性质基本无变化.
