概述了我国石油石化行业的能源利用及节能减排现状,从油气资源、装置经济技术水平、企业规模等方面分析了制约该行业可持续发展的重要因素,并指出可采取优化产业结构、开发和应用节能减排技术、建立清洁发展机制等途径实现我国石油石化行业的绿色可持续发展.%The status que of energy utilization and energy saving and emission reduction of China's petroleum and petrochemical industry was summarized. The important constraint factors of the industry's sustainable development have been analyzed from the aspects of oil/gas resources, the economic and technological level of devices and enterprise - scale. The measurements of optimizing the industrial structure, development and application ofenergy saving technology, the establishment of the Clean Development Mechanism and other means could be taken to achieve green and sustainable development in China's petroleum and petrochemical industry.
