生化法处理碱渣废水中试研究

         

摘要

In order to overcome the shortage of medium pressure or high - temperature - high -pressure wet oxidation processes in treating alkali dregs wastewater, the biological strengthening technology ( QBR ) developed by SK group, South Korea was applied in the treatment of liquid hydrocarbon alkali dregs waste waters of ethylene plant and refinery in a pilot plant, and the treating effect was investigated. The results showed that before treated, the chemical oxygen demand (COD) , the mass concentration of sulfide and oil substance in alkali dregs wastewater were 24 553. 0,13 618. 0 and 193.3 mg/ L, after treated, they reduced to 463.5, 12.4, 15. 6 mg/L, their removal percents were 98.5%, 99.9%, 85.3%, respectively. The unit treatment cost was 70. 45 Yuan/t.%为克服用中压或高温高压湿式氧化工艺处理碱渣废水的缺点,中国石油兰州石化公司采用韩国SK集团开发的生物强化处理(QBR)技术,在中间试验装置上研究了乙烯碱渣废水和炼油厂液态烃碱渣废水的处理效果.结果表明,处理前碱渣废水的化学需氧量(COD)、硫化物质量浓度和石油类物质质量浓度分别为24553.0,13 618.0,193.3 mg/L,处理后可分别降至463.5,12.4,15.6 mg/L,去除率分别达98.5%,99.9%,85.3%;综合处理成本为70.45元/t.
