GARDES工艺在30万t/a汽油加氢装置上的应用

             

摘要

介绍了汽油质量升级GARDES工艺在珠海宝塔石化有限公司30万t/a汽油加氢装置上生产国Ⅴ汽油的运行情况.结果表明:加工含硫量大于400 μg/g,含硫醇量大于80 μg/g,烯烃体积分数约为30%的催化裂化汽油原料,产品汽油在满足国Ⅴ汽油质量标准要求含硫量不大于10 μg/g的条件下,辛烷值损失不超过2.0个单位,烯烃体积分数减小约20个百分点,芳烃体积分数增量最高可达.1.4个百分点;装置汽油收率约为99.0%,能耗为25.28 ~ 29.34 kg/t(以标准油计),化学氢耗不大于2.6 kg/t.%The running situations of production the national gasoline standard Ⅴ adopting GARDES process for gasoline upgrading were introduced in a 0.3 Mt/a gasoline hydrogenation unit of Zhuhai Baota Petrochemical Co Ltd.The results showed that when the sulfur content of catalytic cracking gasoline feedstock was more than 400 μg/g,the thiol content was more than 80 μg/g,and the olefin volume fraction was about 30%,the gasoline products could meet the quality of national gasoline standard Ⅴ that the sulfur content was not more than 10 μg/g,the lose of octane number was not more than 2.0 units,the decreasing of olefin volume fraction was about 20 percent points,and the increasing of aromatics was up to 1.4 percent points;the yield of gasoline reached about 99.0%,the energy consumption was 25.28-29.34 kg/t (calculated as standand oil),and the chemical hydrogen consumption was not more than 2.6 kg/t.
