The principle,process flow and indus-trial application of GT - BTX Plus technology were introduced for extracting distillation desulphurization and preserving octane number. The results showed that GT-BTX Plus technology could be used to ex-tract benzene,toluene,xylene and thiophene sulfide in fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)gasoline with high efficiency compound proprietary solvent Techtiv -DS.A 0.25 Mt/a FCC gasoline hydrodesulfurization unit was revamped by GT - BTX Plus technology,the octane number loss of gasoline products was only 0.6 units meanwhile the sulfur content could reach to less than 10 μg/g,the recovery of olefin was more than 95%,hydrogen consumption and recycle hydro-gen compressor load decreased about by 60% and 50% respectively,and electricity consumption de-clined by 18%.%介绍了 GT-BTX Plus抽提蒸馏脱硫保存辛烷值工艺的原理、流程及其工业应用情况.结果表明:GT-BTX Plus工艺是利用高效复合专有溶剂 Techtiv -DS实现对催化裂化(FCC)汽油中苯、甲苯、二甲苯和噻吩类硫化物的提取;采用 GT-BTX Plus工艺对25万 t/a FCC汽油加氢脱硫装置进行改造后,产品汽油在满足含硫量小于10 μg/g要求的同时,辛烷值仅损失0.6个单位,烯烃回收率大于95%,氢气消耗量、循环氢压缩机负荷分别下降约60%,50%,耗电量下降约18%.
