加氢裂化装置多产重石脑油的技术改造

             

摘要

介绍了中国石油辽阳石化公司100万 t/a加氢裂化装置由中间馏分油生产方案改造为重石脑油生产方案的主要改造内容,并对比分析了改造前后的主要操作条件、产品收率等.结果表明:改造后装置采用 FF-46精制催化剂和 FC-46裂化催化剂;在原料油性质和其他工况基本相近的情况下,改造前精制反应器、裂化反应器的总温升及平均反应温度、柴油收率、重石脑油收率分别为43.0,47.1, 387.2,405.7 ℃,56.49%,20. 41%,改造后上述各值依次为54. 5,58. 6,383. 5,378. 4 ℃,34. 83%, 45.01%.%The main revampment contents of pro-duction scheme from middle distillate to heavy naph-tha were introduced in a 1 Mt/a hydrocracking unit in Liaoyang Petrochemical Company,PetroChina, and the main operation conditions and the yield of products before and after revamping were compara-tive analyzed. The results showed that the FF -46 type hydrofining catalyst and FC -46 type cracking catalyst were adopted after revamping. Under the similar conditions of raw oil properties and other op-erating conditions,the total bed temperature rise and average reaction temperature of refining reactor and cracking reactor,the yield of diesel and heavy naph-tha was 43.0,47.1,387.2,405.7 ℃,56.49% and 20.41% respectively before,and after revamping, the above value was 54.5,58.6,383.5,378.4 ℃, 34.83% and 45.01% in turn.
