延长螺杆泵井检泵周期的几点认识

摘要

Screw pump has been widely used for mechanical oil production,which has the advantages of less investment,simple structure,easy operation,low energy consumption and high efficiency. On the other hand,it has short pump inspection period and high inspection rate. Researches on how to prolong the pump checking period are carried out in this paper along with onsite analysis to conclude three influential factors in theory and practices for future management and operation.%螺杆泵采油是一种新兴的机械采油方式,它以投资少、设备结构简单、操作方便、能耗低及系统效率高的优点,在国内外油田已日益成为一种较重要的机采手段.但螺杆泵井的检泵周期并不长,检泵率高.本文通过对如何延长螺杆泵井检泵周期进行现场分析和研究,发现了影响螺杆泵井检泵周期有三方面主要因素.为今后如何管理好螺杆泵井,延长螺杆泵井检泵周期,提出了理论和实践依据.
