江苏油田采油三厂安装维修队工具班主要负责抽油泵维修工作。随着我厂不断发展，油井的增加，抽油泵的需用量也越来越大。抽油泵的修复问题愈来愈突出，而抽油泵修复的难点为泵筒除垢。本文探讨了如何运用现有设备配置，提高抽油泵修复速率，同时节约成本的问题。%The installation and repair team of the Oil Production Plant 3 of Jiangsu Oilfield is in charge of the oil pump repair work. With the development of the factory and the number of oil wells increasing, it demands more oil pumps. The problems of repairing for oil pumps emerge especially on scaling. The methods of using the existing equipment to improve the pump repairing rate and save costs as well are discussed in this paper.
