加氢裂化催化剂再生后生产运行效果分析

摘要

The crude of an 100wt/a hydrocracking plant is straight vacuum gas oil and coke gas oil,which main products are diesel oil.The hydrocracking catalysts are hydrofining catalyst made by Albemarle Corporation of USA and hydrocracking catalyst FC-14 made by Fushun research institute. FC-14 catalyst is a high activity hydrocracking catalyst for producing more high quality diesel fue1.After three years, the catalysts were in coke deposition and the ability of the catalysts activity became poor. After regeneration in 2013,in the same condition of crude, the total loading and the yield are increasing,the products are better.%某炼油厂1 Mt/a加氢裂化装置原料为直馏蜡油和焦化蜡油，主要产品为柴油。该装置于2010年投产运行，精制段采用的是美国雅宝公司开发的精制催化剂，裂化段采用的是中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院开发的FC-14多产柴油单段加氢裂化催化剂。经过3年运行，催化剂积炭严重，催化活性降低。2013年催化剂经过器外再生处理后重新装填，在原料油质量不变的前提下，装置处理量增加，产品质量和转化率明显提高。
