Processes for converting BIOSSOLID to a FUEL, TO CONVERT BIOMASS TO A RENEWABLE FUEL, PACKED TO CONVERT AT LEAST ONE OF BIOSSOLID, FUEL OF LOW CLASSIFICATION TO A FUEL AND RUBBLE FUEL CONVERTING TREATED WASTE MUD IN A PRODUCT WITH A POSITIVE FUEL VALUE TO ECONOMICALLY DISPOSAL THE BIOSSOLID SLUDGE AND TO DISPOSE OF THE GENERATED MUD IN A WASTE TREATMENT PLANT OR WASTE. In processes for treating municipal wastewater and stormwater containing biosolids according to discharge standards, biosolids, even after dehydration, typically contain about 80% bound water in the biosolids dead cells, giving biosolids a value negative heating. They can be incinerated only at the expense of purchased oil. Biosolids are heated to a temperature at which their cellular structure is destroyed and preferably carbon dioxide is divided to decrease the oxygen content of the biosolids. The resulting coal is non-hydrophilic and can be efficiently dehydrated and / or dried and is a viable renewable fuel.
