Processes for converting BIOSSOLID to a FUEL, TO CONVERT BIOMASS TO A RENEWABLE FUEL, PACKED TO CONVERT AT LEAST ONE OF BIOSSOLID, FUEL OF LOW CLASSIFICATION TO A FUEL AND RUBBLE FUEL CONVERTING TREATED WASTE MUD IN A PRODUCT WITH A POSITIVE FUEL VALUE TO ECONOMICALLY DISPOSAL THE BIOSSOLID SLUDGE AND TO DISPOSE OF THE GENERATED MUD IN A WASTE TREATMENT PLANT OR WASTE. In processes for treating municipal wastewater and stormwater containing biosolids according to discharge standards, biosolids, even after dehydration, typically contain about 80% bound water in the biosolids dead cells, giving biosolids a value negative heating. They can be incinerated only at the expense of purchased oil. Biosolids are heated to a temperature at which their cellular structure is destroyed and preferably carbon dioxide is divided to decrease the oxygen content of the biosolids. The resulting coal is non-hydrophilic and can be efficiently dehydrated and / or dried and is a viable renewable fuel. This renewable fuel can also be supplemented by loading conventional biomass (garden and crop refuse etc.) in the same or parallel installations. Similarly, nonrenewable hydrophilic fuels can thus be processed in conjunction with biosolid processing to further increase the energy supply.
