文章对当前工程中常用的NC3658.1(当量压力法)、NC3658.2、NC3658.3以及ASME法兰应力计算等方法进行了介绍,指出了不同方法存在分析结果的差异.计算了多种工况下各种校核方法在给定工况下的最大允许弯矩预测值随法兰公称直径和法兰等级的变化情况.结合计算结果,文章还对各种方法的相对保守程度和适用条件提出了建议.%This paper introduces four flange bearing capacity check methods widely used in present projects including NC3658. 1 (Equivalent pressure method), NC3658. 2, NC3658. 3 and ASME flange stress analysis method. It points out that different methods may lead to different analytical results. It calculated the changes of the predictive value of the maximum allowance bending moment in given operating conditions with the changing of the flange nominal diameters and flange classes by applying various checking methods under different operating conditions. According to the calculation, this paper brings forward some proposals for the relative conservative degree and the applicable conditions of various methods.
