有机磷农药残留量检测过程中基质效应研究

摘要

采用NY／r11761—2008方法检测蔬菜中18种有机磷农药残留量时，对茄果类、豆类、瓜类、叶菜类、白菜类蔬菜，采用黄瓜空白样品基质与农药储备液按9：1的比例配制校正标准溶液，可以有效解决基质干扰问题，提高准确性和工作效率，能够满足常规实验室实际检测工作的需要。%When 18 kinds organic phosphorus pesticide residues detected by NY/T 761-2008 method in vegetables, such as eggplants, beans, melons, leafy vegetables and cabbages, this paper study showed that a calibration standard solution, preparation by cucumber blank sample matrix and multiplex pesticides at the ratio of 9：1, could effectively solve the problem of matrix interference, improve accuracy and efficiency, and meet the needs for actual testing work in routine laboratory.
