乙唑螨腈(SYP-9625)原药的高效液相色谱分析

摘要

本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈和水为流动相,使用Waters Symmetry 5μm C18250 ×4.6mm色谱柱和紫外检测器,在305nm波长下对乙唑螨腈原药进行分离和定量分析.结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.999 9,标准偏差为0.14,变异系数为0.14％,平均回收率为99.9％.%A method for separation and quantitative analysis of SYP-9625 TC by HPLC,with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase,Waters Symmetry 5μm C18 250 × 4.6 mm and UVD at 305nm wavelength was described.The result showed the linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 9,the standard deviation of 0.14,the variation coefficient of 0.14％ and the average recovery of 99.9％ were obtained.
