采用了示差扫描量热仪(DSC)、动态力学谱仪(DMA)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)研究了GMA-PUA -纳米SiO2复合涂料的非等温固化反应及动态力学性能.结果表明:该体系具有较好的相容性,固化过程可以用自催化(S)est(a)k-Berggren(S-B)动力模型描述.当改性纳米SiO2质量分数为10%时,玻璃化温度达到最大值,提高了7.3℃.%The curing process and kinetics of UV - curable hybrid coating based on glycidyl methacrylate (GMA)/polyurethane-acrylate(PUA)ano-SiO2 were investigated by FT-IR, DSC, and DMA. The results indicated that the three components showed good compatibility. The curing reaction could be described by a two - parameter autocatalytic Sestak - Berggren ( S - B ) model. When the content of nano -SiO2 was 10% , the Tg reached the highest, which was increased by 7. 3 ℃ compared to the pure system.
