新型搅拌器性能测试平台的开发与实验研究

             

摘要

A mixer performance testing platform was developed. The structure characteristics, working principle and performance of operation were introduced, and the related software was also introduced. Pad-dle type, open turbine disc type, turbine type, propulsion and other traditional blade were tested, and FLU-ENT6. 3 was used for numerical simulation the power of three conventional paddle - type stirrers. Experiment and CFD simulation test results showed that the test platform was featured by its stable performance, simple operation and good accuracy.%介绍了一种新型搅拌器性能测试平台的结构特点、工作原理和使用性能,并对相关软件作了说明.以桨式、开启涡轮式、圆盘涡轮式、推进式等传统桨叶进行实验,并使用FLUENT6.3对其中3种常规桨叶搅拌功率进行数值模拟,实验与CFD模拟结果表明该实验平台性能稳定,操作简便,具有很好的精度.
