台湾地区谋求加入 TPP 的基本意图及其面临的问题

The Taiwan authorities have been seeking to join the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP),a U.S.-dominated arrangement that may have lasting effect on the economic integration of the A-sia-Pacific region.Such efforts are taken by Taiwan not only to enhance the vitality of its trade with the global market,but also to balance against its ever closer economic integration with the Chinese mainland and to expand its “international space”.However,there are many obstacles that the Taiwan region will face in joining the TPP:besides the daunting challenges from international as well as internal political obstacles, Taiwan will be confronted with such economic and social problems as compulsory opening of its internal market and more uneven distribution of social wealth.%由美国主导的亚太地区经济整合———《跨太平洋伙伴关系协定》（简称 TPP）一直是台湾当局谋求加入的目标。其基本意图既有实现台湾经贸国际化与活力化的考虑，也有通过加入TPP 来平衡两岸经济密切化与拓展台湾“国际活动空间”的考量。然而台湾地区加入 TPP 面临着难以克服的内外政治问题与岛内政治问题，同时面临着内部市场开放等经济问题与加入后分配不均进一步加剧的社会问题。
