English as An “International Language” in China:Changes in Percep tions and Attitudes in College English teaching

摘要

This article analyzes the influence of EIL and changes in perceptions and attitudes towards Chinese college English teaching. It further urges educators that they should redefine their roles through the perspective of intercultural education and cul tivate a critical thinking to keep a balance between the target culture and local culture.
