对英语专业泛读教学的思考

英语专业泛读课是一门非常重要的基础课程，其教学效果直接影响了学生的阅读能力、阅读速度甚至英语综合能力的提高。但总体而言，我国高校的英语专业泛读教学情况并不尽如人意，现立足于分析当前英语专业泛读教学存在的问题，并提出相应对策。%English extensive reading class is a very important foundation course for English majors, whose teaching effect direct-ly influences students’reading ability, reading speed, even their English proficiency. But generally speaking, the situation of English extensive reading teaching in China’s colleges and universities is below expectation. Based on the analysis of the exist-ing problems in English extensive reading teaching for English majors, some corresponding countermeasures will be proposed.
