全弹密封检测装置及技术方案

摘要

In order to overcome the defect of positive pressure water leak detection method, helium mass spectrometer leak detection method, and dry air differential pressure leak detection method. Design a sealing detection device for testing whole missile. Analyze composition and function of the device, give the technological process and technical parameters. The results show that the method with high sensitivity and convenient operation, can realize multi-location detection at the same time, and greatly improve work efficiency.%针对正压浸水检漏法、氦质谱仪检漏法和干空压差检漏法3种检测方法的不足，设计一种全弹密封检测装置用于全弹的检测。分析装置组成与功能，给出其工艺流程和相关技术参数。结果表明：该方法灵敏度高，操作方便，可实现多工位同时检测，大大提升工作效率。
