多通道可编程光控真延时网络方案改进与实现

     

摘要

给出了一种多通道可编程光控真延时网络的改进方案.针对原有方案在同一通道内不同延时状态下存在较大幅度差异的缺点,提出了一种大幅度差异下的均衡放大方法,将不同延时状态下幅度起伏降低了一个数量级.此外,将原有方案中的微电子机械系统(MEMS)光开关替换为高速磁光开关,可将延时切换速度由毫秒量级提升至微秒量级,大幅提升了波束扫描速度.最后,演示了8通道3比特的高速可编程光控真延时网络样机.%This paper proposed an optimized architecture of multi-channel programmable optical controlled true time delay network.In this architecture,a new method of balanced amplification is adopted to reduce the gain ripple among different time delay states by 10 times at least.In addition,the micro-electro-mechanical system(MEMS) optical switches are replaced with high speed magneto-optic switches to enhance the time delay switching speed from millisecond level to microsecond level,which significantly increases the beam scanning speed.Finally,an 8-channel,3bit high speed programmable optical true time delay network prototype is implemented and tested.
