摘要

目的 研究特异性核基质结合区结合蛋白1(SATB1)和核转录因子kappaB p65(NF-κB p65)蛋白的表达,探讨其表达与乳腺癌发生、发展的相关性.方法 应用免疫组织化学染色法检测80例乳腺癌组织样本中的蛋白SATB1和NF-κB p65的表达,分析其相互关系,并探讨其与乳腺癌临床特征之间的关系.结果 80例乳腺癌组织样本中SATB1和NF-κB p65的阳性表达率分别为70.00%和56.25%.SATB1和NF-κB p65的表达与肿瘤大小、组织学分级、ER受体状态和淋巴结转移有关,与年龄和TNM分期无关.SATB1和NF-κB p65在乳腺组织中的表达呈明显正相关.结论 SATB1和NF-κB p65在乳腺癌组织中协同高表达,与乳腺癌患者的临床特征存在密切联系.%Objective To investigate the expression of special AT-rich sequence-binding protein 1(SATB1)and nu-clear transcription factor-kappaB p65(NF-κB p65)in breast cancer,and explore the association with the occurrence and development of breast carcinoma.Method 80 samples of human breast cancer tissues were examined for the expression of SATB1 and NF-κB p65 by immunohistochemical SP method. The relationship between SATB1 and NF-κB p65, as well as with the clinical features of breast cancer were analyzed.Result The positive rates of SATB1 and NF-κB p65 were 70.00% and 56.25% in the 80 cases of breast tissue specimens. The expression of SATB1 and NF-κB p65 were cor-related with tumor size,histological classification,ER receptor status and lymph node metastasis,but were independent of age and TNM stage.SATB1 expression was positively correlated with NF-κB p65.Conclusion Both SATB1 and NF-κB p65 are highly expressed in breast cancer tissues,and are closely correlated with the clinical features of breast cancer patients.
