油气处理厂重大危险源安全评估

摘要

Through the analysis of harmful factors and the identification of hazard degree in Donghao oil and gas treatment plant of Daqing Oilfield, an evaluation model has been built to evaluate the qualitative and quantitative characters of possible accident, and put forward the measures to prevent accidents of safety management.According to the conclusion,com-plete management rules and regulations and safety operation procedures must be established;perfect job responsibility and daily supervision, monitoring and management system must be established on key parts of key equipments, and regular inspection, verification, and daily maintenance in accordance with the relevant national and industrial laws on major hazard equipments is necessary .%通过对大庆油田东昊分公司油气处理厂生产运行中可能存在的危险、有害因素及其危害程度进行识别与分析，依据评估模型对可能发生的事故进行定性和定量评估，并提出了防范事故的安全管理措施。建议对于重大危险源建立完整的管理规章制度和安全操作规程；对关键装置重点部位建立完善的岗位责任制和日常监督、检查和监控等管理制度；按照国家和行业有关法律法规，对重大危险源的设备进行定期的检测、检定及日常维护保养等。
