稠油转油站缓冲罐多功能捕油器的研制与应用

         

摘要

The existing closed gathering and transportation technology is not mature and its cost is high,causing a lot of environmental pollution and poisonous and harmful gases such as H2S that exceed the standard. Thus the oilfield production is facing tremendous pressure of safety and environmental protection.In order to solve this problem,a multifunctional oil trap for buffer tanks is developed,us-ing the pattern of eight-level combination to adsorb and filtrate the oil droplets and poisonous and harmful gas in the steam. Oil droplets in the steam are filtrated by filter screens with different mesh, improving the filtering oil trap effect; the adsorption and filtration function of modified fiber balls and ceramic molecular sieve filter balls and the principle that gases such as H2S and non methane hydrocar-bon gases are easy to soluble in crude oil are used to reduce the concentration of poisonous and harmful gases in the steam such as H2S and non methane hydrocarbons. Through on-site verification, the trap efficiency of the multifunctional oil trap reaches more than 95%, effectively solving the "oil floating"phenomenon of buffer tanks; the mass concentration of hydrogen sulfide decreases by more than 70%, which effectively improves the working and living environment for oilfield workers and nearby resi-dents; the input and output ratio of the multifunctional oil trap in the same year can reach 1:2.25, which is of outstanding economic and social benefits.%目前,由于密闭集输工艺还不成熟且成本高,造成大量环境污染和H2S有毒有害气体超标,使油田生产面临巨大的安全和环保压力,为此,研制了缓冲罐多功能捕油器,该捕油器通过八级组合方式对蒸汽中的油滴及有毒有害气体进行吸附和过滤.通过不同目数的过滤网对蒸汽中油滴进行过滤,提高过滤捕油效果;利用改性纤维球和陶瓷分子筛过滤球的吸附、过滤,以及H2S、非甲烷总烃等气体易溶于原油的原理,降低蒸汽中携带的H2S、非甲烷总烃等有毒有害气体的浓度.通过现场验证,多功能捕油器捕油效率达到95%以上,有效解决了缓冲罐"飘油"现象;硫化氢质量浓度降低70%以上,有效改善了油区工作人员及附近居民的工作和生活环境;多功能捕油器当年投入与产出比可达到1:2.25,具有显蓍的经济效益和社会效益.
