油气管道第三方损坏危险源辨识方法研究

摘要

油气管道第三方损坏已经成为威胁管道安全的主要影响因素。对管道行业内危险源辨识方法进行了总结，讨论了主要辨识方法的原理和步骤，指明了各种方法的适用情况。根据油气管道第三方损坏的特点，提出了故障树与人为因素分析相结合、管理疏忽和风险分析与人为因素分析相结合的危险源辨识方法，并以管道第三方损坏危险源辨识为范例作进一步分析。%The third party damage for oil and gas pipeline has become a major threat to pipeline safety.This paper drew a conclusion on oil and gas pipeline hazard identification methods,dis-cussed the application theories and steps of major hazard identification methods,and pointed out the sphere of application for each method.To the third party damage characteristic for oil and gas pipeline,the hazard identification methods was proposed,which combined human factors analysis with fault tree analysis,with management oversight and risk analysis.And example analysis has been done for the pipeline third-party damage hazards identification.
