基于双相不锈钢的膨胀管试验研究

         

摘要

针对常规膨胀管抗外压能力低,耐 H2 S 腐蚀性能差等问题开展了双相不锈钢材料特性研究,并进行了不同壁厚管材膨胀、抗外压试验与耐 H2 S 腐蚀测试。结果表明:双相不锈钢材料强塑性较高,屈强比合适,可以作为膨胀管材料;在干摩擦条件下双相不锈钢管材膨胀压力在35~40 MPa,高于现用20G 材料10%左右,但是双相不锈钢管材膨胀后抗外压强度大于25 MPa,耐 H2 S腐蚀速率0.021 mm/a,明显优于碳钢材料,能够满足高压、高腐蚀井套管补贴需要。%the conventional expandable tubular was weak in its mechanical strength and anti corro-sion ability after expansion,in view of these problems the duplex stainless steel was studied and experiments such as expansion,collapse and H2 S corrosion were carried.The results demonstrated that the duplex stainless steel an option for the expandable tubular due to its high collapse strength and ductile ability;the duplex stainless steel demanded an expansion force of 35 MPa—40 MPa,which was higher than the requirement of 20 G,however the duplex stainless steel tubular after expansion delivered better mechanical strength and anti-H2 S corrosion,good choice for the high pressure and high corroding well.
