强力射流解堵器的研究与应用

         

摘要

老油田由于地层能量不足及近井地带流动能力差,常规酸化解堵产生的残酸及地层污染物难以被排出,严重影响酸化解堵的有效率和有效期。针对上述问题,研制了一种固定反循环方式排液的强力射流解堵器,采用局部双管分流技术,利用喷嘴与喉管的流压效应在近井地带迅速形成低压区,强制抽吸地层污染物。优化设计了解堵器的结构参数,通过室内抽吸试验测试其抽吸特性;通过喷嘴、扩散管合理组合使抽吸、举升达到现场使用要求。该工具在胜利油田共计实施30多井次,最大井深2200 m,最大生产压差15 MPa,改善了地层的渗透能力。%Ol d oil fields due to insufficient formation energy and poor flow ability,the reacted acid of conventional acidization and formation pollutants of well-bore area is difficult to be discharged, which seriously affects the efficiency and validity of acidization.In response to these problems, powerful plug removal jet device of fixed and reverse circulation is developed,the partial double pipe technology is used to isolate of high pressure and low pressure liquid,low pressure is quickly formed near well-bore area using the flow pressure effect of the nozzle and throat,pollutants is powerfully sucked to the ground.In this paper,structure parameters is designed and optimized. Pump characteristics is tested by laboratory experiment which shows that the suction and lift abil-ity meets the needs of the field production through matching the nozzle and diffuser.The device has been used more than 30 times in Shengli Oilfield,the maximum depth was 2 200 m,the largest drawdown pressure was 15 MPa,and the penetration ability of wells was greatly improved.
