以病例为先导的标准化病人的在护理实验教学中的应用

     

摘要

Objective:To probe into the application of standardized patients taking cases as the pilot in nursing experiment teaching. Methods: A total of 137 students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group cases accepted teaching with the standardized patients taking cases as the pilot, the traditional experiment teaching was carried out for the control group cases, then the theory and operation test scores were compared between two groups of nursing students. Results: nursing experimental teaching mode with standardized patients taking cases as the pilot is helpful for students to master the operating skills and related knowledge, and it was superior to the traditional experiment teaching method in improving the clinical response capabilities, language and communication skills,and critical thinking ability. Conclusion: In nursing experimental teaching,nursing experimental teaching mode with standardized patients taking cases as the pilot is helpful to improve the learning efficiency and teaching effect; as well as is profit for enhancing the students' comprehensive quality and the teachers' professional level.%[目的]探讨以病例为先导的标准化病人实验教学模式在护理实验教学中的应用效果.[方法]将137名学生随机分为实验组和对照组.实验组采用病例为先导的标准化病人进行教学,对照组采用传统实验教学法.比较两组不生理论和操作考试成绩.[结果]采用以病例为先导的标准化病人实验教学模式有利于学生掌握操作技能及相关知识,临床应变能力、语言表达和交流能力、评判性思维能力方面明显优于传统实验教学法(P<0.01).[结论]在护理实验教学中采用以病例为先导的标准化病人教学模式有助于提高学习效率和教学效果;也有利于提高学生综合素质和教师专业水平.
