实习护生临床带教模式的研究进展

It summarized two main teaching models applied in clinic at present, that were clinical practice nurse - centered teaching model and clinical teachers management centered teaching model. And it introduced the status quo of clinical application of the two models.%综述了目前主要采用的两种带教模式,即以临床实习护生为中心的带教模式和以临床带教老师管理为中心的带教模式,以及各种模式在临床上的应用情况.
