精神科护士心理弹性与职业倦怠的相关性分析

             

摘要

[目的]探讨精神科护士心理弹性与职业倦怠的相关性,为提高该群体的心理健康水平提供理论依据。[方法]采用横断面研究,遵循知情同意和保密原则,以精神科护士192名为研究对象,采用一般情况问卷、Connor Davidson 弹性量表简化版、职业倦怠量表进行问卷调查。[结果]精神科护士职业倦怠各维度得分由高到低依次是成就感低、情绪耗竭和人格解体。多元回归的结果表明,影响情绪耗竭的因素有心理弹性、工作年限,影响人格解体的因素有心理弹性,影响成就感低的因素有心理弹性和婚姻状况。[结论]心理弹性能预测精神科护士的职业倦怠状况,可通过提高心理弹性水平来降低职业倦怠并促进心理健康。%Objective:To probe into the correlation between resilience and job burnout of psychiatric nurses,and provide a the for improving their mental health level.Methods:Using cross sectional study and following the principle of informed consent and confidentiality,a total of 1 92 nurses in psychiatric department were selected as study objects,they received questionnare survey by the general information questionnare,Connor Davidson simplified elastic scale,job burnout scale.Results:The dimensions scores of nurses in psychiatric department job burnout from high to low was a sense of achievement,emotional exhaustioninturn and depersonalization inturn. The multiple regression results indicated that the influencing factors of emotional exhaustion were resiliencing and working years,the influencing factor of the disintegration was resilience,the influencing factors of low sense of achievement was resilience and marital statu.Conclusion:The resilience can predict the situation of nurses in psychiatric department job burnout,the job burnout can be reduced and mental health can be promoted through improving the level of resilience.
