冠心病住院病人心理弹性与一般自我效能、应对方式的关系研究

摘要

[目的]探讨冠心病住院病人心理弹性水平及其与一般自我效能感、医学应对方式的关系，为其开展心理健康教育提供理论依据。[方法]选取符合条件的213例冠心病住院病人，采用心理弹性量表、一般自我效能感量表和医学应对方式问卷对病人进行问卷调查，分析冠心病病人的心理弹性水平与一般自我效能感及医学应对方式的相关性。[结果]冠心病住院病人心理弹性总分为(63.35±12.33)分，心理弹性高分组一般自我效能感总分显著高于低分组(P <0.01)，心理弹性总分与一般自我效能总分、医学应对方式各维度得分呈正相关。[结论]冠心病住院病人心理弹性水平有待提高，临床护理工作者应重视提高病人的一般自我效能感，鼓励病人采取适宜的应对方式，从而改善其心理弹性状况，促进其身心健康全面发展。%Objective:To probe into the level of coronary heart disease inpatients’psychological resilience and the relationship among psychological resilience,general self efficacy and coping style,so as to provide a basis for carrying out mental health education.Methods:A total of 213 inpatients with coronary heart disease who met the conditions were selected to receive questionnare by resilience scale,general self efficacy scale and medical coping modes questionnaire,and to analyse the correlation among psychological resilience,general self efficacy,and medical coping style.Results:The total score of psychological resilience of coronary heart disease inpatients was 63.35±12.33.The total score of general self efficacy in high sore of psychological resilience group was signifi-cantly higher than that of low sore of psychological resilience group(P <0.01).There was a positive correlation between the total score of psychological resilience and general self efficacy,medical coping style in virous di-mensions.Conclusion:The psychological resilience level of inpatients with coronary heart disease needs to be im-proved.Clinical workers should pay attention to improve patients’general self efficacy,to encourage patients to take appropriate coping style,aimed to improve their psychological resilience status and to promote comprehen-sive development of their physical and mental health.
