Gene detection could help doctors find high risk groups,make the choice of prevention and treat-ment in time,but it may bring some psychological pressure for detection recipients.BRCA1/BRCA2 gene detec-tion and genetic counseling had become a part of standard clinical practice and psychological pressure assess-ment,and risk management could rich the care connotation of nursing personnel,so as to provide effective nurs-ing intervention for improving the quality of life.%基因检测可以协助医生发现高风险人群，及时做出预防和治疗的选择，但也可能会给检测者带来一定的心理压力。BRCA1/BRCA2基因检测和遗传咨询已经成为标准临床实践的一部分，心理压力评估及风险管理可以丰富护理人员的照护内涵，从而提供有效的护理干预，更好地提高生命质量。
