护理本科生问题解决能力与自主学习准备度的关系:学业自我效能的中介效应

     

摘要

Objective:To explore relationship between problem solving ability and autonomous learning readiness among nursing undergraduates and further investigate the mediating effect of academic self efficacy on the degree of readiness and problem solving ability in autonomous learning.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 429 undergraduate nursing students in a Medical University in Tianjin by self-study Readiness Scale,academic self efficacy scale and problem solving questionnaire.Results:The score of autonomous learning readiness of nursing undergraduates was 149.98 ± 15.73,academic self efficacy score was 76.26 ± 8.16.The score of problem solving ability was 85.14±10.08.The degree of autonomous learning readiness of nursing undergraduates was positively related to academic self-efficacy and problem-solving ability(P<0.01),autonomous learning readiness had a direct impact on the improvement of problem-solving ability,and academic self-efficacy played a partial mediating role in the relationship between autonomous learning readiness and problem-solving ability.Conclusions:Nursing educators should pay attention to the positive role of self-efficacy in nursing students' learning,and make them more confident when they finish their studies.%[目的]探讨护理本科生自主学习准备度与问题解决能力的关系,进一步考察学业自我效能感在自主学习准备度与问题解决能力之间的中介作用.[方法]采用自主学习准备度量表、学业自我效能感量表、问题解决调查问卷对天津市某医科大学429名护理本科生进行问卷调查.[结果]护理本科生自主学习准备度得分为149.98分±15.73分,学业自我效能得分为76.26分±8.16分,问题解决能力得分为85.14分士10.08分.护理本科生自主学习准备度与学业自我效能感、问题解决能力呈正相关(P<0.01),自主学习准备度对问题解决能力的提高有直接影响作用,学业自我效能感在自主学习准备度与问题解决能力的关系中具有部分中介作用.[结论]护理教育者在培养护生自主学习以及问题解决能力的同时,应注重自我效能感在护生学习中的积极作用,使他们在完成学业时更有信心.
