临床护士工作场所欺负行为与创伤后应激障碍关系的研究进展

摘要

This article introduced the definition of workplace bullying behavior in clinical nurses,expounded the standard definition of post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD),analyzed the correlation between workplace bullying and PTSD,in order to provide theoretical basis for managers to manage nursing workplace bullying effectively,to avoid or reduce the negative effects of workplace bullying among nurses,and to build nursing team better.%介绍临床护士工作场所欺负行为的定义,阐述了创伤后应激障碍的标准定义,重点分析了工作场所欺负行为与创伤后应激障碍之间的相关性,为管理者有效管理护理工作场所欺负提供理论依据,避免或减少护士工作场所欺负行为的消极影响,更好地建设护理队伍.
