凸面造口产品使用的国际专家共识解读和临床应用启示

摘要

Clinical use of convex stoma products has been available for decades,while with limit evidence for the indications and an-nouncements in clinical application.In order to maximize the effects of convex stoma products,15 ostomy clinical experts reached an international consensus based on current literatures.This consensus-based guidance highlighted the comprehensive assessment and reasonable use of convex stoma products,maximized the product properties,and standardized the clinical practice.%临床凸面造口产品使用已有较长时间,但是对于凸面造口产品的适应证以及临床使用中的注意事项并未有较多的证据.为了更好地发挥凸面造口产品作用,来自9个国家的15位造口护理专家根据现有文献制定了凸面造口产品使用的国际专家共识(共26条),强调凸面造口产品的全面评估和合理使用,将产品特性最大化,规范临床使用.
