哈尔滨市社区老年人衰弱现状及其影响因素调查

摘要

Objective:To investigate the occurrence status quo of elderly frailty in community of Harbin and analyze its influential factors.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 808 elderly people in Harbin by general questionnaire,health questionnaire and Tilburg Frailty Assessment Scale.Result:The incidence of frailty in 808 elderly people was 49 ％.Single factor analysis showed that age,marital status,monthly income,education level,chronic diseases,exercise habits,depression and other factors were the influencing factors of the elderly frailty;Logistic regression analysis showed that age,chronic disease,depression,marital status and exercise habits were the influencing factors of frailty in the elderly.Conclusions:The incidence of frailty among the elderly in the community was high,and the frailty of the elderly in the community was affected by many factors.The positive intervention should be carried out according to the influencing factors of frailty of the elderly in the community.%[目的]调查哈尔滨市社区老年人衰弱的发生现状,并分析其影响因素.[方法]采用一般情况问卷、健康状况问卷和Tilburg衰弱评估量表对哈尔滨市808名老年人进行问卷调查.[结果]808名老年人衰弱发生率为49.0％.单因素分析显示:年龄、婚姻状态、月收入、文化程度、慢性病、运动习惯、抑郁是影响老年人衰弱状况的影响因素;Logistic回归分析显示:年龄、慢性病、抑郁、婚姻状态和运动习惯是老年人衰弱的影响因素.[结论]社区老年人衰弱发生率较高,且社区老年人衰弱受多方面因素的影响,应针对社区老年人衰弱的影响因素进行积极干预.
