PBL教学法在医院感染防控带教中的应用

     

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of scene teaching method on the education of nosocomial infection for nursing students in clinical practice. Methods: 106 nursing students in clinical practice were randomly divided into experiment group and control group ( 53 cases in each group ). Scene teaching method was adopted in experiment group and conventional teaching method was used in control group. The teaching effect was compared between the two groups. Results: There were significant differences in the comparison of students'appraisal and academic record between the two groups ( P <0.05 ). Conclusion : The PBL teaching method can enhance the students awareness of the prevention of nosocomial infection, so as to standardize their aseptic technique operation and relieve the students' anxiety when they are in real situation.%目的:探讨PBL教学法在实习护生医院感染防控带教中的应用效果.方法:将106名实习护生作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组各53名,试验组采用PBL教学法进行医院感染知识及技能培训;对照组则采用常规教学法,比较两组护生带教效果.结果:从理论知识和技能操作考核成绩、教师对学生学习态度评价等方面进行比较,两组护生教学效果比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:采用PBL教学法对实习护生进行带教,可有效提高护生对医院感染的认知程度及院感防控实践能力,是一种行之有效的带教方法.
